The manual that nobody reads… well I can’t understand what’s written on it but the pictures do just fine.

I originally wanted to buy this nendo just because of the monster face, but after watching Bungaku Shoujo I came to like Touko a lot. I recommend you watch it.

The shitty base/stand whatever you want to call it.. This thing is just a waste of plastic.

And here is the nendo itself. Doesn’t she look cute!

The year of 2010 for me has mix of both good and bad experiences but all of that makes my year so complete.

Along with Yuki, I also received nendoroid Touko but I haven’t opened it yet.

Watched Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 yesterday with a couple of friends.

My thoughts about the movie: If you’re a Harry Potter fan, I recommend you watch this. For me, it is much better that the previous movie which is Half Blood Prince. Though the movie isn’t perfect though as you may feel it was a little bit short especially if you had read the book.

Had dinner in Ajisen after watching the movie.

Also tried another one of those korean ice cream.

Paint transfer is one of the many problems figure collectors usually have to deal with. It usually involves cast-offtable figures and those with removable parts like action figure.

I was at RAGE! when I saw this on my nendo Fate, I’m sure anyone would be..

So enough with the rants and off to what I did to remove the stain…

So basically the RED paint from the cape came off and went to the underside of the head. I tried removing it with only water, but no luck. Then I tried using mild soap, still I cannot remove the paint.

So after many failed attempts, I finally opted to use alcohol, oh yeah I know its dangerous to use it in your figures so I made sure that I’ll just be using a little.

I wasn’t able to remove the RED paint completely but at least it doesn’t look as bad as before.

Fate isn’t happy with this incident, and says that she doesn’t want to wear the cape anymore.

This was supposed to be posted a month ago but due to me having no motivation in posting, it has become almost a month late. Basically, it has been 2 years of figure collecting for me. It felt like it was just a short time but was fun. My collection compared to others is rather small, that’s because I’m just a poor college student.

So, what are my plans from now on?

In my 2 years time of collecting, there have been many times wherein I thought of quitting, maybe because I wanted to spend my money on something else. However I did not quit or should I say, I wasn’t able to quit… XD

However, these past few days. The thought of quitting has come to mind again. And finally after long and careful thinking, I have decided that I should stop buying figures for now… And no, I’m not quitting yet. I just won’t be buying figures for a while maybe until I graduate from college. Do you think I can handle that?…

So you’re quitting in blogging also?

Well since I haven’t posted anything for almost two months, you might be thinking that I’m quitting on blogging. The answer is no, I will still continue this blog and wish to make it grow bigger. I’m just slacking off and even though there won’t be new figures for me I don’t think that’s enough reason for me to stop blogging.

Received my figma last 2 weeks ago. It’s box had a beating with the local courier service. It had dents all over.

It looks like someone stepped on it. Damn those people…

I don’t think I’ll be using our local courier anymore. Considering this experience.

Thankfully, Saber Alter managed to survive that one hellish journey she had.
